Spares

Our Policy is to keep spare parts available (for James Heal Instruments) for a minimum period of 7 years from the date of supply. Our Team will respond quickly to your enquiries. We aim to despatch stock items within two days.

Repairs and re-calibration

Some instruments or parts of instruments are small or convenient enough to return to our factory for repair and/or re-calibration. Examples are: Sample Cutters, Stroboscopes and Tension Meters.
