Service and Calibration Tours
In many countries, we arrange regular service and calibration tours, meaning that our instrument technicians will visit you at about the same time each year. Even if you are a long way from us, we can keep the cost reasonable and affordable, as the travelling expenses are shared between all tour participants.
However, in case of emergency or urgent need, we have Engineers available, and at short notice, to travel to any part of the world.
If you take out a Service and Calibration contract, we provide free engineering and applications support for its duration.
Calibration Procedures
All of our Calibration Procedures conform to the requirements of ISO 17025. All calibration tools are traceable to the National Physical Laboratory in the UK. Many Calibration Procedures are UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited. Click here for a link to our Schedule of accredited Calibration Procedures. UKAS accreditation is recognised throughout the world.
We have the capability to calibrate many different types of Textile Testing Instruments, including instruments manufactured by other Companies. Please click here to access a full list.
Calibration Certificates
We employ an automated system, which under normal circumstances allows us to make Certificates of Calibration available not later than two weeks following our engineer’s visit to your site.
We email you when the Certificates are ready. You have your own private and confidential space on our website and Certificates remain there permanently, so you can review, download or print them, whenever you want.
We have also designed a unique and professional method for labelling your instruments, so that their calibration status is immediately visible and clear.
