Unlike production machines, testing instruments do not require many spare parts. However, when an instrument fails, HEALINK will act quickly diagnose the problem and recommend the quickest and cheapest solution.

Spare parts normally remain available for up to 10 years after the date of supply of an instrument. Stocks are maintained both in Halifax and at HEALINK ASIA in Hong Kong.

Standard or reference materials are an indispensable part of many textile testing procedures. Stocks of HEAL'S Quality Assured Consumables are also available, either direct from ourselves or from our local stockists around the world.
